Today, we are fully focused on the micro-screw machining industry, organized around three main processes: Cam-operated Escomatic screw machining (D2 and D6), CNC Escomatic screw machining andCNC single-spindle Tornos screw machining.

To expand our production capacity in increasingly diversified and demanding markets, we now offer an additional service : Machining plastic materials, including PVC, Teflon, Peek, and various other plastics. Our dedicated machine fleet, comprising four CNC machines and about twenty cam-operated Tornos lathes, allows us to machine parts with diameters below 12 mm, boreholes smaller than 0.5 mm, as well as perform milling, threading, and transverse drilling.

We have integrated certain complementary activities into our screw machining operations (grinding, polishing-tribofinishing, heat treatment, 100% quality control...) while simultaneously developing support services for production (methods, mechanical and tooling workshops, maintenance service, etc.).

This enables us to have complete control over the entire supply chain of our products—from the industrialization of parts to their shipment—ensuring quality processes for our clients while maintaining control over our manufacturing costs.
