Today, we focus entirely on micro-turning, organised around three main processes: Escomatic cam-operated screw machining (D2 and D6), Escomatic CNC screw machining and Tornos CNC single-spindle screw machining. To increase our screw machining production capacity in ever more diverse and demanding markets, we now offer machining of plastics, whether PVC, Teflon, PEEK or others, as a supplementary service. Our specifically dedicated fleet of machinery, consisting of four CNC machines and around twenty Tornos cam-operated lathes, enables screw machining of parts with diameters under 12 mm with bores down to 0.5 mm in diameter, as well as milling, tapping, and cross-drilling.

We have integrated several complementary operations into our screw machining activities (grinding, polishing-tribofinishing, heat treatment, 100% inspection, etc.), while simultaneously developing production support services (methods, mechanical and tooling workshop, maintenance service, etc.). This ensures full control over our entire product supply chain: from the industrialisation of our parts through to their shipment, with a view to guaranteeing our customers high-quality processes while keeping our manufacturing costs under control.
