Automated inspection

We have a dedicated inspection workshop equipped with machines to perform 100% inspection of our production (belt inspection machines, glass-plate machines, etc.). This inspection workshop enables us to guarantee zero defects in the parts we deliver to customers who so require.

Inspection operations are performed in-house on machines adapted to the size of our parts and batches. This enables us to maintain full control over the entire manufacturing process for our parts, from screw machining through to packaging.

We have high-performance machines, specially adapted to our needs, for every type of inspection:

Our belt machines: these pass the parts along a conveyor belt and inspect them using machine vision. They detect geometric, dimensional or visual defects on the parts.

Our glass-plate machines: these place the parts on a transparent glass plate and inspect them using backlighting. They detect internal or external defects in the parts, such as cracks, porosity or inclusions.

Our inspection workshop is managed by a qualified and experienced team which ensures the proper operation of the machines, parameter settings, monitoring of results and traceability of parts.
