ligne orange Grinding: Precision at the Heart of Your Machining Needs

Grinding is a key machining process and an indispensable complement to our Escomatic expertise, ensuring unmatched levels of precision and surface quality for mechanical parts.

Whether for industrial applications or highly specialized sectors such as connectors, automotive, or medical, in our field, where countless small parts are produced, grinding is the essential solution to meet high tolerance and perfect finish requirements.

ligne orange The Art and Magic of Grinding

Grinding is a process that involves removing a tiny layer of material from the surface of a piece using an abrasive wheel. This technique achieves parts with exceptional dimensional accuracy and impeccable surface finishes, it is an indispensable step in the production of high-precision components.

Plunge grinding allows for the grinding of parts one by one on several diameters. This requires unit loading of the parts. The wheels move apart and come together with each cycle. Through-feed grinding allows for continuous grinding of a single diameter of parts. It is a highly efficient and productive grinding process. The wheels remain fixed, and the parts move through the wheels.

At Minesco, we offer both processes based on the characteristics of the part. Our expertise allows us to adapt the right process to the part to guarantee the best cost and quality for our client.
