The Escomatic Machines: The True Asset for Your Peace of Mind
The Escomatic is an automatic machine tool primarily used in the screw-cutting industry for the mass production of precision parts, often crafted from metal bars or wires.
The name originates from the Swiss company ESCO, which developed this technology in the 1950s.
These high-efficiency, ultra-performing machines are designed for the turning of metal parts in small, medium, and large series (from 100,000 pieces to 100 million pieces per year).
Escomatic : The Minesco spirit
Our machine fleet consists of 350 cam-operated Escomatic lathes and 30 CNC machines, enabling the production of 3 million parts per day.
The optimization of the entire fleet is managed internally, thanks to our complete technical expertise in these machines: we handle maintenance and refurbishing in-house.
We have three types of Escomatic machines, allowing us to meet a wide range of customer needs:
- D2 cam-operated: Specializes in high-volume production of drilled, tapped, and knurled shafts, up to 4 mm in diameter.
- D6 cam-operated: Designed for high-volume production of drilled, tapped, and knurled shafts, up to 10 mm in diameter.
- CNC: Suitable for small, medium, and large series of drilled, tapped, and knurled shafts, up to 10 mm in diameter.
